Philipp is a senior manager in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice based in New York. The majority of the work he currently delivers to clients is related to valuations for both financial reporting and tax purposes. While Philipp is increasingly focused on technology advisory related valuation services, he has extensive experience in real property underwriting (including waterfall models), developing valuation policy and procedures frameworks and due diligence for REITs, real estate funds and developers, private banks and family offices.
Philipp is part of the Lean Six Sigma initiative for KPMG’s EVS practice and has successfully facilitated several process improvement workshops for real estate clients.
