Irma M. Scott
Managing Director, Global Mobility Services
Irma is a Managing Director within KPMG’s Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice. She supports clients in all aspects of expatriate management ranging from international payroll and administration, process review and improvement, and policy development, design and implementation. Irma has over twenty years of varied human resources, audit and accounting experience, primarily concentrated in process reviews and implementing process improvements to mitigate risks, ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations, and improve operational efficiency. She focuses on partnering with her clients to assist with strategic decisions regarding their global mobility program.
