I am a Director in KPMG’s Data Advisory practice focused on solving our clients’ toughest information management challenges. I am a subject matter expert in the areas of Enterprise Data Governance, Data Quality Improvement Programs, Metadata Management and the development of Metrics Portfolios and Dashboards that drive real business value. I have significant experience overseeing the business process change management associated with all of my work.

I’m known for driving modern, global, scalable, and effective Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) solutions. In 2018, my team won the Data Governance Professionals Organization’s Best Practices Award for our employer. I have substantial experience establishing, maturing and sustaining innovative EDG programs and reengineering the associated business process changes. I have a proven ability to direct high-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery of large-scale enterprise-wide EDG programs focused on transparent, measurable business value.

As part of driving organizations towards successful outcomes, I have regularly overseen the requisite business process reengineering that is so vital to success. As one might imagine, there is a considerable amount of challenging reengineering that goes hand in hand with rolling out a new data governance discipline across large multi-nationals. I am very passionate about the importance of transparency via metrics & KPIs. As such, I have delivered successful results on several metrics programs, from traditional Balanced Scorecards to innovative Data Quality Dashboards. I am a true believer in the power that metrics and dashboard programs can deliver to drive transparency and change when they are done right.
