Ian is a demonstrated leader in SaaS procurement technologies, enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, and innovative market changing technology platforms. He has spent nearly two decades in consulting and alliances for leading enterprise SaaS technology companies.

He has been instrumental in innovative product development at global leaders in eProcurement and ERP, including Coupa, Workday, and Jaggaer (SciQuest). Today he continues his passionate leadership at KPMG, focusing on technology driven procurement and supply chain transformation.

 In 2015, he achieved the Certified E-Procurement Professional (CEPP) from the International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute (IPSCMI) and is a Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine “Pro’s to Know”.

Facilitated successful rollouts of a major US States covering P2P, multi-ERP (Oracle PeopleSoft, Ellucian Banner), “sandwich model” solution environment including discovery, requirements definition, change management, supplier relationship/catalog enablement and integration, and external communications planning enabling user adoption of thousands of users across non-state and higher education entities.

Federal Government Entity:

Led end-to-end assessment of current state processes for Supplier Diversity and Contract Reporting portal resulting in overhaul of supplier relationship management processes and technology re-assessment.

State Higher Education System:

Facilitated the catalog integration of the State with the University System that includes more than 30 universities to enable the sharing and distribution of best value contracts producing tens of millions in annual savings.
