Kristin Simons applies her cross-domain experience in advising clients on the impact of Federal regulations and public policy decisions to assist clients with operationalizing new policy. Within this field, Kristin specializes in designing and deploying new delivery models leveraging advanced data-driven methods and innovative technologies to accelerate project outcomes at lower costs. As a program director, she leads teams of various sizes with the responsibility for planning, budgeting, executing, and delivering services across a broad range of strategic client engagements. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) possessing over a decade of experience providing management consulting services to government and commercial clients, Kristin is responsible for managing large, highly-visible programs by bringing together program implementation and evaluation experience, industry relationships, and policy life-cycle capabilities to help clients achieve optimal program outcomes.
In 2018, Kristin was a recipient of the MITRE Corporation Program Recognition Award which is the highest accolade that MITRE bestows on its programs that have resulted in meaningful and significant outcomes for its mission.
