Anne has over 20 years of experience with service and process design and management, with nine years of leadership experience delivering ServiceNow engagements at KPMG. Prior to joining KPMG, Anne was the head of IT service management for a large healthcare organization that was one of the first to implement ServiceNow. Anne graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and computer science.
