Kathleen Soderman

Kathy is a managing director in KPMG’s Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice with more than 20 years of international human resources and information technology experience. Her professional experience includes expatriate program management, policy development, and software implementation. Kathy has extensive background identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing technology solutions to improve the international assignment process.
Prior to joining the GMS practice, Kathy was responsible for process and technology deployment and adoption for KPMG’s own international assignment program of more than 2,000 assignees. In this role, she collaborated with all levels of the organization, globally and in country, to enhance the assignment process for assignees while increasing efficiencies for the firm by leading the adoption of standardized policies, processes and technology for the firm’s mobility program.
Kathy also has more than 10 years of experience working in the financial services industry prior to joining KPMG.
