Mamta Soni

Mamta is a senior manager currently on rotation in our Department of Professional Practice where she helps publish accounting guidance and provides technical accounting support to clients and engagement teams. Her areas of focus are business combinations, debt and equity, revenue recognition, and financial statement presentation matters.

Prior to her current role, Mamta worked in our Cleveland office providing financial statement audit and audit of internal controls over financial reporting services to both public and private organizations.

Mamta has provided professional audit services to a wide variety of enterprises in retail, consumer products, software, and healthcare industries ranging from start-up entities to multinational corporations.She has led the audits of significant business combinations, complex accounting transactions and adoption of new accounting pronouncements. Further, she has experience with comfort letters for public debt offerings and shelf registrations. Mamta has a proven record of successful project management and coordination of large audit engagements with several component teams and specialists. She has demonstrated effective leadership and oversight of multiple engagement teams.
