Firuzan Speroni

Dr. Speroni is a Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure and Projects Advisory Services practice with more than 20 years of project management, advisory, academic and business experience. She collaborates with companies to deliver intelligent, sustainable, effective, and efficient capital programs. Dr. Speroni has a strong background in capital project and program management with experience in business development, marketing, and strategy development. She is currently focused on incorporating ESG requirements in capital projects through green procurement and sustainable design and construction. Her clients include some of the leading entities in government, pharma, industrial, real estate, aviation, healthcare, education, hotel, office, food and beverage industries.

Dr. Speroni specializes in management of complex capital programs for major corporate and government clients. She combines extensive research and analysis skills, with knowledge of the recent technological and operational innovations in project management and ESG, to craft state-of-the-art processes for management of capital portfolios. She is experienced in identifying process improvement, and cost reduction opportunities. She has served as a consultant with responsibility for strategy determination, business development, information technology assessments, and business intelligence development.
