David Stalker
International Tax Director
David Stalker has more than 12 years of experience working in Big 4 firms, supporting large multinational groups on domestic and international tax matters, both in Brazil and Luxembourg.
During this time, David has worked on tax consulting, supporting international groups business restructurings, M&A transactions, tax compliance, substance and beneficial ownership reviews, and tax support (current and deferred tax) in the context of audits.
David is an experienced lecturer/instructor, facilitating both tax technical trainings for various audiences and soft skill training sessions for tax managers. In addition, David is currently part of technical groups within the firm focused on EU-level anti-tax avoidance rules, BEPS 2.0, and digital taxation.
