NA geographic emphasis as well as experience in SE Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and the UK/North Sea.
Have worked with clients on a cross section of issues including shaping overall corporate and business unit strategic direction, launching new businesses, transforming the performance of existing businesses, and refining organization structures and processes. Also worked across the M&A and JV cycle from developing strategy through market and competitive due diligence, through integration.
