Andrew is responsible for coordinating and directing buy-side and sell-side transactional services for clients in the healthcare industry. These services include financial and operational due diligence, deal structuring advice, negotiation support, integration assistance and agreement advice. Andrew has led teams serving both private equity and strategic investors and is skilled at addressing the issues unique to both.
Andrew has over fifteen years of experience providing advisory and audit services to companies throughout the healthcare industry. Prior to joining KPMG in 2011, he served in various roles with another professional services firm, including nine years providing transaction advisory services to healthcare companies and investors and one year working with the firm’s regulatory and legislative advisory services practice on healthcare reform related initiatives.
