Learn moreJeanne Sullivan is a director in the Washington National Tax (WNT) office of KPMG LLP. She is a past Chairman of the Partnerships and LLCs Committee of the ABA Section of Taxation and served on the S Corporation Technical Resources Panel for the AICPA. Formerly, she was an adjunct professor in the LL.M. (Taxation) program at Georgetown University Law Center and a senior reviewer in the Division of Passthroughs and Special Industries, Office of the Chief Counsel, IRS.
Prior to joining the IRS, Ms. Sullivan worked at the United States Tax Court as a clerk for Judge James S. Halpern and for Judge Laurence J. Whalen.
