Lyna leads the KPMG national HR People Strategy practice, focused on human capital matters in transactions, HR M&A and people strategy/transformation. She has 20 years of experience in leading complex buy- and sell-side, spin-off/IPO and joint venture transactions and large-scale business transformation programs across corporate and private equity clients. Lyna has extensive experience advising chief people officers, talent and HR functions on addressing human capital issues that emerge during a deal, including HR strategy and operations, workforce transitions, employee experience, organizational design, and culture assimilation. She has significant experience with executing cross-border transactions in over 125 countries.
