Greg has substantial experience building and managing high-performing global teams and leading cross-functional, strategic initiatives for the world’s largest investment management companies. In addition to team management experience across operational functions, he has more than 15 years serving as program and project manager. He has been responsible for planning, budgeting, execution and delivery for large business integrations, design and implementation of complex operating and organizational models, outsourcing and offshoring of core operational functions, design and implementation of IT systems, and investment product feasibility and fund launch initiatives.
