Ivan is a Principal in the Deal Advisory & Strategy practice specializing in the planning and execution of finance strategy, integrations, separations, and performance improvement engagements in Technology Media and Telecom industry. Ivan developed his finance expertise over a 20+ years industry and consulting career specializing in transaction advisory and large-scale transformational programs. His experience spans Finance Strategy, full M&A life cycle in completion of due diligence, estimating synergies and one-time costs, developing finance target-operating models, planning for finance Day 1 readiness and execution, and developing comprehensive transaction pre and post Day 1 finance roadmaps. He managed various cross functional delivery teams and had responsibilities for overall execution and leadership of the finance function. Prior to his consulting career, Ivan spent 11 years in a variety of strategic finance roles at Morgan Stanley, Northern Trust, CVS Caremark and Taylor Morrison.
