Jared has over 14 years of experience providing services to public and private companies, primarily within the technology industry. He regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, public company readiness, accounting change services, technical accounting, SEC reporting matters, and internal controls. Jared and his team have advised on more than 30 IPO, SPAC, and merger and acquisition deals in the past couple years for both corporate and private equity clients. He is also actively involved in leading several KPMG thought leadership initiatives within the Deal Advisory practice and presenting on several external facing panels, including as it relates to deals, IPO/SPAC transactions, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
