I am KPMG’s national Healthcare Finance Transformation leader. My healthcare experience spans 25 years with 19 years in consulting, advising clients on transformational strategy and initiatives. Through performance improvement and digitally enabled business model transformation, I assist health plans and providers identify and sustain value enhancing financial and operational performance in their Finance and corporate shared services.

During the past five years, I have led or supported several cloud ERP transformations, including vendor selections, planning, design and implementations. I have also led engagements at a variety of regional and multi-regional health systems, and academic medical centers to optimize corporate and support function service delivery models and reduce fixed/overhead costs, identifying and/or implementing over $1 billion in savings to my clients while improving quality and service levels.

Prior to KPMG, I held progressive consulting roles at Deloitte and PwC, was a Corporate Finance analyst at Pfizer, Inc., and worked as a neurosurgical technician at Beth Israel Hospital in New York City.
