Background
Zoe Thompson is a Principal with KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory services firm. She has more than 25 years consulting experience working in a broad range of change management, operational and organizational performance areas, including workforce improvement, corporate culture, and competency assurance. She has spent her career consulting within a variety of industries, helping clients manage change associated with strategic, cultural and technical transformations.

Zoe is a Principal in KPMG’s Transformation Delivery practice, specializing in change management. Zoe works with clients at all levels of seniority and areas of focus, from the corner office to the wellhead or operations floor, shaping strategy and corporate culture to driving operational efficiency.
