Regina Topolinskaya is a Trade and Customs Manager based in New York City. Regina has advised a variety of clients on trade related compliance matters and duty savings opportunities. She has assisted a number of companies in implementing First Sale and other customs opportunities, navigating customs audits, and conducting due diligence in regulatory areas, such as valuation, country of origin, and classification. Regina works with clients in a range of industries, including apparel, footwear, automotive, and electronics.
