Angela is an Audit Senior Manager in the Houston office and is currently on rotation in the Department of Professional Practice. She has more than 9 years of experience providing financial statement audits, audits of internal control, quarterly reviews and reviews of various SEC filings.
Angela has provided professional audit services to large global companies and private engagements, primarily in the oilfield services, energy and construction industries. She has experience in leading audit risk assessment and planning activities, establishing and driving project management and supervising large engagement teams, researching complex technical accounting issues, and leading complex accounting areas that include Revenue Recognition, Restructuring and Income Taxes.
