Nick Tricarichi

Nick is a Partner in the Practice Advisory Group within the Department of Professional Practice, specializing in consolidation, business combinations, income taxes and crypto-assets.
Prior to joining KPMG, Nick spent two years at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a professional accounting fellow where he worked closely with registrants, standard setters, auditors and other SEC staff regarding the application of US GAAP. Nick led the consolidation topic team at the SEC and also focused on matters involving revenue recognition, business combinations, digital assets, income taxes, contingencies and equity method investments during his fellowship.
Prior to the SEC, Nick spent ten years at another Big 4 firm with roles in Accounting and Reporting Advisory, National Office and Audit.
Nick graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
