Todd Voss
Partner, Tax
Todd Voss has more than 25 years of experience serving financial services clients, primarily in the banking and auto finance industry, and is a member of the firm’s national banking and financial services network. Before locating in New York, Todd was the local office tax leader for the Detroit office. Earlier in his career, Todd was the tax director and first vice president controller of the U.S. operations of Credit Agricole, a large French financial institution. During that time, he was an active member of the Tax Committee of the Institute of International Bankers.
Today, Todd serves as lead tax partner on certain national FORTUNE 100 and major multinational company accounts. Todd assists clients with federal and international tax planning with respect to reorganizations; capital raising; securitization; mark to market valuation; bad debt deductions; hedging; uniform capitalization; tax return compliance; advisory with respect to IRS examination; FAS 109 provision review/advisory; SOX tax review; and IFRS tax provision conversion and review.
Todd is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the American Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is a certified public accountant in New York, Michigan, and Illinois. Todd earned a BA degree in accountancy from University of Illinois and a JD degree from University of Illinois College of Law.
