As the KPMG US Leader for Managed Services, Ron brings over 25 years of experience in diverse functional areas such as finance, procurement, HR, IT, master data management, and customer career. His ability to utilize effective levers to develop methodology and execution programs includes big data and analytics, intelligent automation, global business services (GBS) or shared services, outsourcing, organizational simplification, change management, and service delivery model design and execution. His earlier leadership positions—across provider, industry, and advisory roles—bring the pragmatic outlook needed to drive effective and lasting change.
Ron previously served as the leader of KPMG LLP’s Finance Transformation practice; helping clients to define, analyze, and solve critical business problems to enable operational improvements and quantifiable results.
