Jarod J. Wall

Jarod Wall is a founding member of the KPMG Partnership Transactions Group, specializing in structuring and tax consultation related to complex partnership transactions. Jarod has extensive experience working on large scale M&A tax engagements for passthrough and corporate entities where he has been responsible for planning and executing engagements encompassing various aspects of an investment’s entire life cycle. Currently, he serves clients in the oil and gas, alternative energy, real estate, restaurant, and consumer products industries.
Jarod provides tax consulting services to enhance his client’s ability to utilize tax-efficient structures through the use of flow-through vehicles. He has worked with both large and small multinational and privately held clients with flow-through structures looking to effectuate public offerings. Most recently, he has assisted clients with the implementation of umbrella partnership C corporation (UP-C), yield based (YieldCo), partnership recapitalization, and partnership “flip” structures.
Prior to joining the KPMG M&A Tax practice, he worked in the firm's business transactions services practice where he gained extensive tax compliance and tax consulting experience with flow-through clients in tiered structures.
Jarod is a certified public accountant in Missouri and Colorado. He holds an Masters of Accounting - Tax degree and a BBBA degree from the University of Central Missouri.
