Dan is an audit Senior Manager in the New York Financial Services practice. Dan has provided professional audit services to financial institutions of all sizes. His audit experience ranges from SEC filings, financial statements, broker-dealer audits, compliance attestation engagements, and employee benefit plan audits. He has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in several equity offerings and business combinations. Dan has extensive experience in the financial services sector – including critical areas such as the allowance for credit losses, valuation of goodwill, and the valuation of financial instruments.
