Andreas Werner is a supply chain management consultant at KPMG, LLP. During his career, he has led supply chain projects at fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries such as the automobile, chemicals, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare industries. His main focus is technology enabled, large-scale transformations. Andreas Werner is experienced in managing the full life cycle of transformational projects including analysis of the current process, creating the to-be process, implementation, user acceptance testing, user training, and go-live. His areas of expertise include demand planning, supply planning, distribution requirements planning, inventory planning, sales and distribution planning (S&OP), complexity management, mathematical optimization, and machine learning. Andreas Werner has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP). He was also a guest lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
