Daniel (Dan) White is the Managing Partner of the KPMG Albany, New York office, and Partner in Charge of the audit practice for the Albany office.
Dan has 32 years of diversified experience serving financial services-related entities, including publicly traded bank holding companies, community banks, foreign-owned banks, thrifts, broker dealers, mortgage banks, asset-based lenders and commercial paper conduits. He has also served clients in a variety of other industries, including investment funds and manufacturing entities.
Dan’s areas of specialty include SEC reporting and related matters, financial institution accounting and auditing, credit review, public stock and debt offerings, pensions and benefits, and mergers and acquisitions.
Dan earned his Bachelors from Siena College, and is currently a board member and executive committee member of Proctors Theater in Schenectady and a board member of the related Capital Rep Theater in Albany. Dan also serves on the board of the Capital District Center for Economic Growth, the primary privately funded economic development entity of the Albany and Upstate New York Region.
