Robert White
Advisory Managing Director
Rob is a Managing Director for KPMG CF LLC and is a part of the Industrials Team. Rob is based in the Baltimore office.
Rob brings over 25 years of experience executing an array of corporate finance transactions, including sell-sides, corporate carve-outs/divestitures, acquisitions, and private capital raising (equity and subordinated debt) for a variety of clients. His experience ranges across a number of industries, with a specific focus on diversified industrials and building products, both manufacturing and distribution.
Prior to joining KPMG, Rob co-founded and led the M&A and Corporate Finance practice at M&T Bank. Prior to that, he was with another Big 4 accounting firm, where he was a member of its Securities practice focused on middle market M&A.
Rob received his BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma.
