Dave Wilson

Dave Wilson is a Partner in KPMG’s Audit practice. Based in Boston, Dave serves as the leader of KPMG's Consumer Products & Retail industry for New England & Upstate New York. He has over 26 years of experience specializing in audits of consumer product manufacturers and retailers.

At KPMG, Dave has an extensive history of serving as lead audit partner for public registrants requiring integrated audits under Sarbanes-Oxley section 404. Dave is proficient in complex accounting issues such as revenue recognition, share-based compensation, business combinations, and carve-out audits. He has experience with various public filings including IPOs, secondary stock and debt offerings, acquisition transactions and other registration statements.

Dave also serves as the IFRS leader for KPMG's National Consumer Products practice.

Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts, New York, and Nebraska.

Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.
