Brian Winters is a transformation expert with nearly 20 years of experience in developing strategies that foster sustainability, growth, and profitability.
Currently, Brian is in our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice and he supports clients in the capital markets sector spanning asset management, wealth management, investment banking, broker-dealers, custodians, and alternatives. He has authored and conducted research for numerous KPMG papers exploring top macro-economic, sector, and M&A trends in financial services.
During his career, Brian has supported corporate development, technology modernization, performance improvement, new business launches, and M&A programs. Prior to joining KPMG, Brian was a partner at IM2 Consulting and a founding member of PwC’s Capital Markets Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
