Kaoru is a senior manager of New York Office Japanese Practice Tax Services.
Kaoru specializes in individual tax compliance and payroll compliance services related to Japanese assignees working in the United States. He provides tax compliance support and advice to Japanese clients and their assignees and also provides consultation on improving payroll processing structures.
Kaoru started his career at KPMG in 2011, and he has been focusing on individual tax and payroll services since then. Before joining KPMG, he worked as a senior manager of finance and external relations at a U.S. subsidiary of Japanese company and he was responsible for preparation of financial statements.
Kaoru is an Enrolled Agent and received MBA from Hult International Business School and BA in Economics from Chiba University.
