As a leader in delivering KPMG's Technology Strategy and Selection services, Doug works with clients to define the right technology strategy for their organizations and choose the right tools to enable their business growth. He has worked extensively with Industrial Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Healthcare companies on organizational transformations, technology assessments, system designs, implementations, as well as business case and roadmap creations. Focus areas of Doug's expertise include IT Service Management, Technology Strategy (with focus on ERP Strategy and Selection), and Modern Development (including high competency in Agile and Scaled Agile techniques).
