A Director in KPMG’s Advisory practice, Peter has over 25 years of management consulting and industry experience specializing in operational transformation, with an intensive focus on strategic sourcing and supply chain.
He has significant experience leading large-scale transformation efforts, including corporate-wide strategic sourcing programs, corporate profitability improvement and cost reduction programs, and operations efficiency improvement projects. He has worked globally with companies to relocate manufacturing, distribution, and source materials from low-cost countries.
Peter’s areas of focus include: operations strategy; strategic sourcing and procurement; product rationalization; profitability analysis; and post merger integration. He has led client engagements in these areas for a number if industry sectors including manufacturing, aerospace, consumer products, transportation, logistics, and technology companies.
