Anne is the National Audit Leader in Industrial Manufacturing and is responsible for KPMG’s strategy and execution related to the Industrial Manufacturing Practice. As an audit partner with 20 years’ experience, Anne provides financial statement audits as well as audits of internal control over financial services. She also assists clients with complex technical accounting and SEC reporting matters. 

Professional and Industry Experience

Anne serves enterprises, specifically in consumer and industrial products as well as software, services and retail. Her clients have primarily been large, multinational publicly-traded organizations. Anne also participated in initial public offerings, spin-off transactions and several other debt and equity securities offerings. 

She currently is the global lead partner on a Fortune 1000 software, service and hardware company and the lead partner on a Fortune 1000 industrial manufacturing company. Prior to joining the Columbus audit practice, Anne served as the engagement Senior Manager on a Fortune 50 electronics and telecommunications company.  

Additionally, Anne serves on the industrial manufacturing (IM) leadership team. Consisting of 10 partners, the IM leadership team drives the KPMG brand through the creation of leading industry services, thought leadership and go-to-market strategies supporting the largest Industrial Manufacturers in the U.S.  

In addition, Anne has:

  • Extensive experience in a variety of technical accounting areas, including revenue recognition, business combination, restructuring and impairments and income taxes
  • Led multiple auditor transitions from other Big 4 public accounting firms to KPMG
  • Led a successful carve-out audit of a multi-billion Fortune 100 technology business with over 20 international KPMG offices simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with SEC rules and regulations, including familiarity with various SEC filing requirements
  • Completed a two-year rotation supporting firm leadership in various capacities including KPMG’s Audit Committee Institute
