Bill is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Government & Infrastructure Strategy practice with over 15 years and over 130 client engagement experiences in organizational strategy, operations improvement, performance optimization, and results delivery at the board, CEO, and agency executive levels. He serves as the Operations & Performance Improvement lead for KPMG’s State & Local Government practice as well as KPMG’s Elevate for Government & Public Sector.
Bill also leads KPMG’s Justice & Public Safety domain, focusing on the intersection of justice with Behavioral Health, Human Services, Housing and Homeless sectors. Bill’s passion and focus is helping State, City, and County governments to become more efficient and effective in capturing tens of millions in savings while, more importantly, improving service to communities like reduced response times and improved access to and quality of care.
Bill has also served the Transportation & Infrastructure and Local & Higher Education domains in driving innovations to serve constituents, customers, and students in a more efficient manner. Bill is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business and served as the Regimental Commander of Culver Military Academy.
