U.S. CEOs are confident they will bounce back stronger from this period of protracted disruption. In fact, many say that what they have experienced through COVID-19 has forced them to refocus on key aspects of their business – particularly around digital transformation, talent management, and culture.
In this edition of Privately Speaking, we share the high-level results of this year’s U.S. CEO Outlook research and provide some insights on how leading organizations are dealing with the implications of COVID-19.
Whom did we survey and when?
The insights in this year’s U.S. CEO Outlook are the results of two separate surveys of CEOs conducted by KPMG in 2020. The first survey, conducted in January 2020, surveyed 400 U.S. CEOs about their outlook for the next few years. The second survey, conducted in July and August 2020, surveyed 100 U.S. CEOs about the challenges and opportunities facing their business in light of COVID-19.
