In HR Engagement & Culture, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture by developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will collaborate closely with various departments to design and execute initiatives that promote a sense of belonging, motivation, and overall wellbeing among employees.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the planning and execution of company-wide events and activities aimed at promoting employee engagement, wellbeing, morale, and team collaboration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Act as a champion for DE&I initiatives within the organization, implementing strategies that promote inclusivity and diverse workplace culture.
  • Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs.
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Partner with HR and other representatives from various departments to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience, implementing culture-building initiatives and people-related activities.
  • Analyze data and metrics related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in employee engagement, wellbeing, and DE&I, integrating new insights into strategy development.
  • Provide support to team leader and supervise team members.
  • Perform other activities and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a role focused on employee engagement, organizational development, or related area.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative engagement initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
