This role offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources and organizational development, as you work alongside experienced professionals to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of employee engagement strategies, taking on either leading or supporting roles as needed. Tasks include logistical support, promotion, and event execution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Support internal communication efforts by creating engaging content across various channels including emails, intranet, and social media platforms to ensure effective circulation of information and messaging.
  • Collaborate with HR and other representatives from various departments to organize and execute engagement activities and events, such as team building activities, wellness initiatives, IDE initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of employee engagement principles and best practices.
  • Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving employee engagement and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Perform other activities and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in building a career in human resources or organizational development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
