Industries

Helping clients meet their business challenges begins with an in-depth understanding of the industries in which they work. That’s why KPMG LLP established its industry-driven structure. In fact, KPMG LLP was the first of the Big Four firms to organize itself along the same industry lines as clients.

Careers & Culture

What is culture? Culture is how we do things around here. It is the combination of a predominant mindset, actions (both big and small) that we all commit to every day, and the underlying processes, programs and systems supporting how work gets done.

Custom views help healthcare leaders leverage Workday to create their tomorrows

Accelerate your digital transformation

Today’s finance, human resources, and supply chain healthcare leaders are under tremendous pressure to manage demands while developing the insights that will enable their organizations to survive and thrive in a rapidly evolving future. Information is key to both, but information is only as good as your ability to access and employ it. The new KPMG executive dashboards for healthcare connect multiple data streams to present holistic overviews that save time and money in the near term while providing insight-driven directions for getting to the future you envision.

Introducing executive dashboards for healthcare leaders

KPMG has new CFO, CHRO, and CSCO healthcare executive dashboards that rely on a persona-based reporting approach to create custom overviews aligned with supporting details healthcare leaders need to manage today while creating tomorrow. To build the dashboards, we ask healthcare executives key questions, then use the answers to reveal the insights healthcare leaders need to reach their business objectives. The dashboards are consistent in appearance so they’re easy to scan, and a logical hierarchy moves from organizational views to important deep-dive views into relevant key performance indicators.

We build our executive dashboards using Workday’s extensive suite of reporting tools:

1

Discovery Boards

  • Ability to build reports and visualizations intuitively by dragging and dropping fields onto the board.
  • Option to share multiple pieces of analysis as boards can have an unlimited number of sheets, each supporting up to 10 visualizations.
  • Ability to bring boards into homepages as worklets.

2

Prism Analytics

  • Facilitates an accurate real-time, and holistic view by bringing all the data together to support integration and data management capabilities.
  • Provides functionality to create data sets and secure these data sets to reports/dashboards within Workday.

3

Adaptive Insights

  • Uses augmented analytics technology to surface prioritized workforce insights in the form of key metrics and business questions, along with their underlying drivers.
  • Insights include opportunities and risks identification, pattern detection, and workforce development tracking.
