Pro Bono Engagements
DCwP pro bono engagements support nonprofit organizations who collect a variety and volume of data but lack the bandwidth to perform analysis or derive insights that can help them make business decisions. Through clearly scoped, multi-week projects, KPMG professionals perform analysis, uncover insights, and provide recommendations to our nonprofit clients.

How it works:
KPMH partner or professional nominates a nonprofit for DCwP services.
The nominated organization is evaluated for alignment with KPMG values.
Business objectives are developed in collaboration with the nonprofit and supporting data is screened.
Following a standardized approach, a team of KPMG professionals performs data analytics and delivers meaningful and actionable insights.

- Impact social and environmental topics of importance to nonprofits within the communities they serve.
- Provide an opportunity for individuals to expand their internal and external networks.
- Increase professionals’ confidence in using data analytics tools and methodologies.

Examples of work
The KPMG Data Citizens with Purpose program team used our data to answer several important questions for our organization. Their data analysis also revealed some important business insights that will help guide the next phase of our mission delivery strategy and program development.
