Industries

Helping clients meet their business challenges begins with an in-depth understanding of the industries in which they work. That’s why KPMG LLP established its industry-driven structure. In fact, KPMG LLP was the first of the Big Four firms to organize itself along the same industry lines as clients.

How We Work

We bring together passionate problem-solvers, innovative technologies, and full-service capabilities to create opportunity with every insight.

Careers & Culture

What is culture? Culture is how we do things around here. It is the combination of a predominant mindset, actions (both big and small) that we all commit to every day, and the underlying processes, programs and systems supporting how work gets done.

DCwP pro bono engagements support nonprofit organizations who collect a variety and volume of data but lack the bandwidth to perform analysis or derive insights that can help them make business decisions. Through clearly scoped, multi-week projects, KPMG professionals perform analysis, uncover insights, and provide recommendations to our nonprofit clients.

Who we serve:

  • Nonprofit organizations
  • KPMG professionals

How it works:

01
Nominate

KPMH partner or professional nominates a nonprofit for DCwP services.

02
Screen

The nominated organization is evaluated for alignment with KPMG values.

03
Scope

Business objectives are developed in collaboration with the nonprofit and supporting data is screened.

04
Deliver

Following a standardized approach, a team of KPMG professionals performs data analytics and delivers meaningful and actionable insights.

Why we do it:

  • Impact social and environmental topics of importance to nonprofits within the communities they serve.
  • Provide an opportunity for individuals to expand their internal and external networks.
  • Increase professionals’ confidence in using data analytics tools and methodologies.

Facts & Figures (FY23)

Examples of work

The KPMG Data Citizens with Purpose program team used our data to answer several important questions for our organization. Their data analysis also revealed some important business insights that will help guide the next phase of our mission delivery strategy and program development. The team was a pleasure to work with and we are grateful for their high level of professionalism and the systematic approach to the project.
