Charles Arnold

Charles Arnold is an Advisory Services Principal and leads KPMG’s Procurement and Business Services practice. He and his team help clients drive value and innovation by leveraging strategic cost transformation to organize and accomplish their work in more efficient, more effective, and less costly ways.  Charles has over 25 years of both operations and management consulting experience, and has broad experience in both business and technology transformation. Charles’ experience includes serving as an outsourcing service provider, acting as Chief Technology Officer for a management consultancy, and Chief Operating Officer of a service management consultancy.  Charles’ background and exposure to the problems and solutions of front- and back-office functions affords him tremendous insight into the business management of these functions.
