Jennifer is the Partner-in-Charge of Tax for the KPMG Mid-Atlantic region which includes 8 offices and over 450 professionals. Jennifer’s responsibilities include overall client services, market strategy and operations. She has in-depth knowledge of KPMG tax services and many years of executing exceptional client service.
Technical skills
Jennifer’s technical experience includes more than 30 years of tax compliance, consulting, services for both public and privately held companies. She has a diverse background including leading clients ranging from multi-national companies to entities with large complex asset management structures. Additionally, she has served in leadership roles for the firm in both the asset management and financial services practices.
Significant experience includes:
- Tax services for private equity, hedge, family office and real estate funds.
- Tax compliance and consulting for consolidated corporate tax returns for both domestic and multi-national companies
- ASC 740 tax provision preparation and audit review support.
Other Activities
Jennifer is passionate about KPMG Inclusion & Diversity initiatives. She was a founding member of the KPMG Women’s Advisory Board which initiated many KPMG diversity programs. Additionally, Jennifer is a leader in the KPMG Foundation, Women Corporate Directors.
