Asad Chaudry

Asad Chaudry currently serves as the Audit Sector Leader for the Consumer Goods industry at KPMG US. As a highly experienced audit partner based in New York City, he specializes in serving large corporate clients with diverse international businesses. Asad also has the firm-designated role of SEC Reviewing Partner for the audit practice.

Having previously worked in the US firm’s National office and KPMG London, Asad’s experience includes working on a variety of transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations, forensics investigations, and debt restructurings. He leads teams in identifying and sharing leading practices, industry trends, and insights to enhance audit quality and the overall client experience. 

Asad is a graduate of KPMG's Leadership Advantage program at Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and the Lead Partner Academy program at Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He is committed to workplace career development and serves as a People Management Leader and as the Partner-In-Charge of International Rotations for the NY Office. 

Asad is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Manhattan Theatre Club, a not-for-profit organization providing education and opportunities in theater to underserved communities and underrepresented groups in the New York City area.
