Keith Hines is the Supplier Diversity and Sustainability leader for KPMG.

Keith has over 20 years of experience in Supplier Diversity and Procurement Operations. He has successfully led teams in large and complex business operations and is skilled at diagnosing a company’s deficiencies and developing strategies and solutions for success.

Keith is an active member on Supplier Diversity boards and committees and a frequent speaker at Global Conferences. He has served on the executive boards of two of the leading Supplier Diversity organizations: WBENC and the NMSDC. He is a past president of the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) New York Chapter. He currently serves as the co-chair of the Conference Board Supplier Diversity Committee, a corporate thought leadership group. Keith has extensive experience building and managing supplier diversity programs and advancing end to end procurement operations at Fortune 100 companies He has successfully built and integrated sustainability and ESG into procurement ecosystems. Keith’s has worked in Supplier Diversity and Procurement Leadership roles at: Mars, PWC, Altria, Cushman & Wakefield and MillerCoors. Keith has a Master’s in Global Affairs from New York University.
