Mike Mollerus

Mike is a business tax services partner and leads the KPMG Private Enterprise practice in Kansas City.  He has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting with significant experience in taxation and reporting for corporations, partnerships and individuals, including experience in international taxation and state and local taxation matters, as well as financial reporting for income taxes for private and public filing entities.

Mike’s experience includes assisting companies with understanding, complying and planning for the various tax rules associated with doing business in the US and abroad. He works extensively with portfolio companies of private equity funds and closely held businesses and their owners with regards to income tax planning, acquisitions and dispositions and estate and gift planning.  Mike  experience covers a number of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services (legal, engineering and architectural)  and technology.
