Monica Rodriguez is a Manager in KPMG’s Strategy practice. Based in New York, NY, Monica has industry and consulting experience in retail and consumer goods. As a Manager in the practice, she has led a broad range of projects including commercial due diligence, growth strategy, ESG strategy, performance improvement, operations due diligence, and synergy assessments for both public and private equity owned businesses.
Monica is passionate about helping consumer facing companies identify and serve their target markets efficiently and effectively. She accomplishes this by leveraging consumer insights and data & analytics to help provide actionable insights.
