Melissa Taylor

Melissa Taylor is an Audit partner at KPMG with 28 years of experience serving large, public companies in Europe, Middle East/Africa, New York, Houston and Washington, D.C. Melissa completed a four-year secondment in London and returned to the Metro New York area in May 2013.

Melissa has extensive experience working closely with global companies providing financial statement and internal control audit services in accordance with SEC and PCAOB regulations. Her recent experience includes serving some of the firms most significant clients, including Pfizer, Unilever, Takeda, Constellation Brands, Reckitt-Benckiser and PepsiCo. Melissa also has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer industries and serves as an IFRS and SEC Reviewing Partner to multiple global clients.

Melissa currently serves as the Global Lead Audit Partner for Pfizer and the Global Lead Partner for Life Sciences Audit and on the IFRS Advisory Council Board.  As a lead audit partner to a number of large global companies, she manages the day-to-day delivery and coordination of assurance and other KPMG services to her clients. She has worked on capital markets transactions with her clients, including public and exempt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and divestures.
