Eric has 10 plus years experience with global and regional financial services firms delivering project management, business strategy support, and process improvement solutions. Eric has spent the past six years providing Merger and Integration support to BAML providing program / project management assistance, risk management, and business and application integration assistance.

Assisted in numerous Business Integrations providing: (1) current state assessments; (2) developing multi-generation plans across people, process, and technology and (3) assisting finance divisions identify revenue opportunities and cost saves (e.g. IT rationalization)

Directed and coordinated Global PMO activities related to the operational improvements of the daily actual PnL process supported by a risk based predict (E2A) for BAML’s FVO SN Portfolio. This effort also focused on the implementation of a process to generate daily risk sensitivities (e.g. credit, funding, tenor-basis, and CCY basis) enabling Front Office Treasury to manage the ‘residual‘ risks embedded within the structured notes portfolio

Supported the Liquidity Risk Management team integrate a Liquidity Risk Management system across a newly merged firm to meet regulatory requirements with (1) relevant risk data capture (data warehouse); (2) analytical tools to permit multi-dimensional risk analysis; (3) multiple scenario stress testing capability based on modeling assumptions and (4) daily liquidity risk reporting

Managed a 5 person team to design, develop, and maintain an international Transition Program Office for Corporate Treasury’s Global Trust Services business. This effort required the development of processes, tools, templates, and metrics to effectively execute and measure integration progress both domestically and abroad

Project managed Corporate Treasury’s LGTS Master Servicing migration of SBO mortgage data from legacy firm system (SAAMS) to acquiring firm system (SBO2000). Providing oversight for SIT, QA and, UAT phases of the project; adhering to firm mandated DMAIC requirements

Assisted management within the newly formed Structured Products Operations Group in creating detailed, comprehensive documentation for Structured Advances. These products are customized advances (collateralized loans) by the bank to its members (participating banks, thrifts, S&Ls, and credit unions) with special features, generally financial derivative. The documentation included proposal/approval process for new products, strategy and risk, hedging and risk mitigation, and FAS 133 hedge accounting consideration.
