Mike Vanacora is a Strategy Director with more than 10 years of experience in strategy and corporate development. He has advised clients across Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, Consumer and other verticals on strategic planning, growth strategy and performance improvement topics. His current focus is on Industrial Markets, including advising business navigating the impact of the ICE to EV transition on their strategies and portfolios.
Prior to joining KPMG, Mike served as a Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development for Life Fitness where he was oversaw corporate strategy development, digital products and M&A activities while navigating a separation from a publicly traded firm to a PE owned business. Previously, he held Strategy lead roles at Standex where he led multiple acquisitions, drove integration activities and oversaw strategic planning for two divisions. He started his career in strategy at ZS Associates where he focused on commercial effectiveness and go-to-market topics for clients in a variety of industries.
